摘要
汽车作为现代交通工具,其整车产品信息、注册信息和使用信息,构成了一辆汽车区别于其它汽车的唯一“身份”特征信息。这些信息成为检验涉案或可疑汽车唯一“身份”的客观依据,在查处盗窃、抢劫、走私、套牌和拼装等车辆犯罪活动中发挥不可替代的作用。本文根据整车型号、车辆识别代号(VIN)、发动机号码、变速箱号、安全气囊号等编制规则,研究可疑汽车“身份”唯一性的综合检验技术。
Automobile,one of the modern transportation vehicles,demonstrates its unique identity with the information of whole vehicle product,registration and usage,thereby making it distinguished from the others.Such information plays an irreplaceable role in the investigation of criminal activities,e.g.,theft,robbery,smuggling,fake license and vehicle assembling,thus becoming the objective evidence for checking the unique identity of one crime-involving or suspicious vehicle.According to the compilation rules of vehicle model,vehicle identifi cation number(VIN),engine number,gearbox/airbag code and other necessary data,the comprehensive examination was here explored into ascertaining the unique identity of an automobile,especially a suspected one.
