摘要
目的分析扶正泄浊保肾汤对慢性肾衰(CRF)患者肾功能及微炎症指标的影响。方法选取我科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的67例CRF患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予基础治疗及结肠透析治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予扶正泄浊保肾汤口服治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前、后肾功能及微炎症因子水平。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Scr、hs-CRP及IL-6水平均降低,eGFR均升高,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正泄浊保肾汤通过调控微炎症状态,可改善CRF患者临床症状、延缓肾功能损伤进展。
Objective To analyze the effects of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen decoction on renal function and microinflammation in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 67 patients with CRF admitted to our department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to random number grouping.The control group was given basic treatment and colon dialysis treatment,while the treatment group was given oral treatment of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function and levels of microinflammation factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr,hs-CRP and IL-6 in both groups decreased,and eGFR increased,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and delay the progress of renal function damage of CRF patients by regulating microinflammation state.
