摘要 针对液相色谱测试绝缘油中糠醛含量前处理方式繁琐、人工误差较大和使用甲醇威胁实验人员健康等问题,通过软硬件选型和设计加工,研发出绝缘油进样自动前处理装置。试验结果表明,自动化装置前处理多个油样安全有效,重复性好,提高了工作效率,减小了人为误差,保障了人身安全。所研制的装置也可用于变压器油液相色谱检测钝化剂的前处理。 In view of the complicated pretreatment method for furfural content in the insulation oil tested by liquid chromatography,large manual error and the threat of methanol to the health of laboratory personnel,an automatic pretreatment device for insulation oil injection is developed through the software and hardware selection,design and processing.The test results show that the automatic treatment of multiple oil samples before the automatic device is safe and effective,and the repeatability is good,the work efficiency is improved,the human error is reduced,and the personal safety is ensured.The developed device can also be used for the pretreatment of the passivator for transformer oil liquid chromatography.
