摘要
海洋信息工程是战略性与风险性并存的新兴产业,如何科学构建健康、安全、环境一体化的HSE(Health、Safety、Environment)管理体系、有效管控HSE风险,成为各界关注的重点.文章分析了海洋信息工程的高风险性,阐述了海洋信息工程HSE体系建设的原则和策略,以期提高HSE管理水平.
Marine information engineering is an emerging,strategic and high-risk industry.The ways to scientifically build a HSE management system integrated health,safety and environmental management and effectively manage and control HSE risks,had become the focus of attention at all levels.This paper analyzed the high risk of marine informationization engineering,and described the principles and strategies for the HSE system construction of Marine Informationization Engineering to improve HSE management.
