摘要
为解决3GDMC1200/850A无压三产品旋流生产过程中存在的设计处理能力偏小等问题,祁南选煤厂将原有的旋流器更换为S-3GHMC440/360/260超级旋流器、原一台精煤筛改矸石筛、部分运输设备进行扩容。运行表明,技改后提高了生产能力,降低了职工劳动强度,生产时间缩短了1/3,年入选100万吨时节约电费43万元。
To solve the problem of low capacity in 3GDMC1200/850A three-product cyclone,the authors propose the substitution of S-3GHMC440/360/260 super cyclone for the original one,gangue screen for cleaned coal screen and capacity expansion of partial transportation equipment,which can increase the production capacity,reduce the labor intensity and shorten the production time by 1/3.
