摘要
根据电镀废水的水质情况、化学指标等,氧化还原反应是处理电镀废水的一种重要方法。含氰和含铬电镀废水处理时须先在碱性环境下去通过氧化反应除去氰根,再使用还原剂还原六价铬,然后使用沉淀剂形成沉淀并进行分离;含铜的电镀废水中由于存在的络合铜对水处理造成了不便,水合肼化学还原法、铁碳微电解法及载铁竹炭非均相Fenton催化处理法均能发生破络反应,使铜废水治理得以进行。为电镀废水的综合治理提供了一定的理论依据。
According to the water quality and chemical indexes of electroplating wastewater,redox reaction is an important method for treating electroplating wastewater.The cyanide-containing and chromium-containing electroplating wastewater must be treated in an alkaline environment to remove cyanide by an oxidation reaction,then a reducing agent is used to reduce the hexavalent chromium,and then a precipitating agent is used to form a precipitate and separate.In the copper-containing electroplating wastewater,the complex copper is inconvenient for water treatment,and the hydrazine chemical reduction method,the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis method and the iron-loaded bamboo charcoal heterogeneous Fenton catalytic treatment method all can cause the destruction of complex reaction,then make copper Wastewater treatment is carried out.It provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of electroplating wastewater.
