深埋长隧洞突发涌水时分流多级排水系统设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 深埋长隧洞TBM施工过程中,突发涌水是关键影响因素之一,处理不好会造成淹机等重大损失。山西大水网工程TBM施工过程中遭遇多次突发涌水情况,严重影响了工程进度。本文以该工程为例,结合煤矿、铁路等隧洞工程的排水系统布置经验,从排水管路布置、设备选型、调度运行控制等多方面进行研究,提出采用分流、多级反坡排水系统,实现了大功率水泵应急排水与小功率水泵日常排水的有效结合,解决了TBM施工中不同流量条件下的施工排水问题,可为类似工程排水系统设计提供经验。 Sudden water surge is one of the key influencing factors during TBM construction of deep buried long tunnels,and heavy losses can be caused such as machine flooding,etc.if the surge is not treated well.Sudden water surge happens for many times in the process of TBM construction of Shanxi large water network project,which seriously affect the project progress.The layout experience of drainage systems in coal mine,railway and other tunnel projects is combined to study in the aspects of drainage pipeline layout,equipment selection,scheduling operation control,etc.based on the project as an example in the paper.Shunting and multistage reverse slope drainage systems are proposed to combine high powerwater pump emergency drainage with small power water pump daily drainage effectively,thereby solving the construction drainage problem in TBM construction under different traffic conditions,and providing reference for for designing similar engineering drainage systems.
