摘要
为了明确阿拉善盟左旗双峰驼消化道线虫的感染情况,在该地区5个采样点(巴彦浩特、苏海图、吉兰泰、沙日布日都和日泰格里)共采集137份双峰驼新鲜粪便样品,通过饱和盐水漂浮法和光学显微镜下对样品中的线虫虫卵进行检测。结果表明,该地区双峰驼消化道线虫总感染率为29.19%(40/137),其中,巴彦浩特双峰驼感染率最高为65.00%(26/40),苏海图双峰驼具有最低感染率3.00%(1/27);幼驼和成年双峰驼的总感染率分别为42.86%(12/28)和5.69%(28/109),但差异不显著(P>0.05)。进一步通过形态学检测,共鉴定出该地区双峰驼消化道中有4种线虫虫卵(毛圆线虫卵、细颈线虫卵、马歇尔线虫卵和食道口线虫卵),其中毛圆线虫虫卵在各地区和各年龄段双峰驼中均有发现,为优势虫卵。综上所述,明确了该地区双峰驼消化道线虫感染情况,可为当地双峰驼消化道线虫病的防控提供理论依据。
In order to clarify the infection status of gastrointestinal nematodes in Bactrian camels from Alxa Left Banne,137 fecal samples from Bactrian camels were collected from 5 sampling sites(including Bayanhot,Suhaitu,Jilantai,Shariburidu and Ritaigeli),and the nematode eggs were examined in these samples by using the saturated saline floating method and microscopy.The results showed that the total infection rate of gastrointestinal nematodes in Bactrian camels was 29.19%(40/137),with the highest in the Bayanhot(65%,26/40),and the lowest in the Suhaitu(3%,1/27).Additionally,the total infection rates of young and adult Bactrian camels were 42.86%(12/28)and 25.69%(28/109),respectively,but with no significant difference(P>0.05).Further identification based on morphological features showed four species of nematode eggs in the digestive tracts of these Bactrian camels,including Trichostrongylus eggs,Nematodirus eggs,Marshallagia eggs and Oesophagotomum eggs,with Trichostrongylus as predominant species found in all sampling sites and age groups.Collectively,the present study verified the infections of gastrointestinal nematodes in Bactrian camel,and the findings will provide basic data for the prevention and control of gastrointestinal nematodes in Bactrian camels.
