逆变直流电阻点焊电源功率因数研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着电力电子技术的应用,逆变电阻点焊机逐渐替代传统的交流点焊机。一般认为,逆变电阻点焊将输出电流改为直流,大大提高了电阻焊的功率因数。但目前对逆变电阻点焊电源功率因数的研究还不够深入,不同工况条件下的功率因数及其对电网的冲击仍不明确。针对这种情况,对几种逆变电阻点焊电源的功率因数进行了测试,研究了输出变化对功率因数的影响规律。结果表明,逆变直流电阻焊机的功率因数仍然较低,随着输出电流、焊接负载和滤波电容的改变,功率因数也发生变化;此外,由于电阻焊短时间大电流的工作特点,焊接过程对电网冲击较大,因此需要研究短时瞬态功率因数校正技术。 With the advancement of power electronics technology,inverted DC resistance spot welding machines have gradually replaced traditional AC machines.It is generally believed that the resistance spot welding inverter changes the output current to DC,which greatly improves the power factor of the resistance welding.However,the research on the power factor of the inverter is ignored.The change of the power factor under different loads and its impact on the power grid are still unclear.Aiming at this situation,the power factors of several resistance spot welding inverter were tested,and the influence of output variation on power factor was studied.The results show that the power factor of the DC welder is still low.The power factor also changes with the output current,welding load and filter capacitor.In addition,due to the short-time large current operation characteristics of the resistance welding,the welding process has a large impact on the power grid,so it is necessary to study the short-time transient power factor correction technology.
