摘要 文章对新能源轻型商用车转向系统发展进行简单概述,对液压助力转向系统、电动液压助力转向系统和电动助力转向系统进行了简单分析。看好线控转向系统在轻型商用车上的应用前景。重点对轻型商用车应用的电动助力转向系统(X-EPS)进行了分析。电动助力转向系统(X-EPS)有利于节约成本、降低重量、降低耗能。 This paper gives a brief overview of the development of steering system for new energy light commercial vehicles,and makes a brief analysis of hydraulic power steering system,electric hydraulic power steering system and electric power steering system.Look forward to the application prospect of steering by wire system in light commercial vehicles.Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the electric power steering system(X-EPS)used in light commercial vehicles.Electric power steering system(X-EPS)is conducive to saving costs,reducing weight and energy consumption.
