摘要
瘤胃微生物的多样性和丰度与反刍动物营养物质的代谢效率和生产性能密切相关,奶牛具有耐寒怕热的生理特性,其生理健康和生产性能容易受到热应激的影响。热应激可通过破坏瘤胃上皮黏膜完整性和内环境稳态、影响菌群的定植、降低饲料转化率和生产性能,给奶牛养殖造成严重的经济损失。本文从瘤胃组织形态、瘤胃温度及瘤胃液pH等方面探讨了热应激影响瘤胃微生物的机制,并解析了瘤胃微生物区系与饲料转化率、产奶量及乳成分之间的关系,为进一步研究热应激对瘤胃微生物的影响及其与奶牛生产性能的关系提供理论参考。
Rumen microbial diversity and richness are closely related to the nutrient metabolic efficiency and performance of ruminants.Dairy cows have physiological characteristics of resistance to cold and sensitivity to heat,which determine their physiological health and performance are easily affected by heat stress.Heat stress may affect colonization of the rumen microbiota by damaging rumen epithelial integrity and homeostasis,thereby reducing the feed efficiency and performance of dairy cows,causing serious economic losses to dairy industry.In this review,the mechanism of heat stress affecting rumen microbiota was discussed from the aspects of rumen epithelial morphology,rumen temperature and rumen fluid pH,and the relationship between rumen microbiota and feed efficiency,milk yield and milk composition was also discussed.This review could provide a theoretical reference for further understanding of the effect of heat stress on rumen microbiota and its relationship with performance of dairy cows.
