摘要
中国高校科技成果产业化有待逐步完善,主要有法律法规政策体系不健全、资金投入不足、科技成果与市场需求不相适应、配套服务有待完善等。提出促进高校科技成果产业化的对策,主要有完善高校科技成果产业化的法律法规政策体系、开辟融资渠道、引导高校科技成果与市场对接,完善高校科技成果产业化中介服务。
There are still many obstacles in the process of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities,such as imperfect laws,regulations and policies,insufficient investment of funds,incompatibility between scientific and technological achievements and market demand,and imperfect service,etc.The countermeasures to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities are mainly to perfect the laws,regulations and policies system of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,to open up financing channels,to guide the docking of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities with the market,and to continuously improve the intermediary services for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
