摘要
医养结合养老模式是实现医养结合理念,促进医疗资源与社会化养老资源相结合的一种模式。在医养结合养老模式实现的过程中,康复人才扮演了重要角色。本文就医养结合养老模式下康复人才现状与对策进行分析,为构建合理的医养结合养老模式提供参考。
The old-age care mode based on the combination of medical and nursing care is a mode to realize the idea of the combination of medical and nursing care and promote the combination of medical resources and socialized old-age care resources.Rehabilitation talents play an important role in the process of realizing the mode.This paper analyzes the current situation and countermeasure of rehabilitation talents under the mode,so as to provide reference for the construction of a reasonable mode of combining medical and nursing care in old-age care.
