摘要
基于全国统一碳排放交易的背景,阐述了企业碳资产管理的内容,分析了非试点控排企业如何借助低碳潜力产业、低碳项目的先动优势和碳资产管理专业机构提供的咨询服务优势构建企业碳资产的异质性、稳定性和提升竞争优势,论述了企业碳资产管理实现最优决策的影响因素及研究进展,为非试点控排企业的碳资产管理提供参考。
Based on background of the unified national carbon emissions trading,the content of carbon asset management of enterprise was described.It was analyzed that how emission control enterprises in non-pilot could build the heterogeneity and stability of carbon assets and improve competitive advantage with the help of the first-mover advantage of low carbon potential industries and low carbon projects,and the consulting service advantage provided by professional institutions of carbon asset management.The influencing factors and research progress of carbon asset management of enterprise to achieve optimal decision were discussed,which could provide reference for carbon asset management of emission control enterprises in non-pilot.
