摘要
针对岩石矿物中高含量锆难溶的特点,采用过氧化钠熔融、热水提取、离心分离、盐酸溶解、酒石酸保护等方法对样品进行前处理,选择Zr 343.823 nm为分析谱线,采用基体匹配法校正基体的干扰,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定岩石矿物中的锆含量。得到的方法性能如下:检出限为22.8μg·g^-1;精密度(Zr 3.46%,n=10)为2.1%;正确度为0.3%~5.6%;测定范围为0.003%~48%。该方法满足岩石矿物中锆含量分析质量控制要求。
The paper describes a method for determination of high content zirconium in rocks and minerals by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES)with the sample pretreatment procedure of sodium peroxide fusion,hot water extraction,centrifugal separation,hydrochloric acid dissolution and tartaric acid protection to overcome the refractory of zirconium.The spectral line of Zr 343.823 nm and matrix-matched calibration were applied in this method.It can detect the samples with zirconium content of 0.003%to 48%,and the performance of this method was as follows:detection limit was 22.8μg·g^-1 and precision of 2.1%Relative Standard Derivation(RSD,n=10).In addition,the results was in agreement with certified values with less than 5.6%Relative Error(RE).
