摘要
促进冶金工业锅炉节能与安全是响应我国节能减排措施的重要举措,研究表明,影响我国冶金工业锅炉效率的主要因素是锅炉里面的水垢问题,由于水垢是不良导体服在锅炉壁上阻碍了热交换,导致冶金工业锅炉壁被烧坏,这样大大增加了燃煤量,随着燃煤量的增加,也增加了经济投入,同时产生热偏差而产生热力,使锅炉承压能力下降,造成锅炉安全隐患,因此,解决水垢问题,加强对于冶金工业锅炉的水质监测,对于促进我国冶金工业锅炉节能与安全具有重要意义。
Promoting energy saving and safety of metallurgical industrial boilers is an important measure in response to energy saving and emission reduction measures in China.Research shows that the main factor affecting the efficiency of metallurgical industrial boilers in China is the scale problem inside the boilers.Because scale is a bad conductor on the wall of the boilers,it hinders heat exchange and causes the wall of the metallurgical industrial boilers to be burned.Bad,this greatly increases the amount of coal burning.With the increase of coal burning,it also increases the economic input.At the same time,it produces thermal deviation,which reduces the pressure bearing capacity of boilers and causes potential safety hazards of boilers.Therefore,to solve the scaling problem and strengthen the water quality monitoring of boilers in metallurgical industry will promote China's Metallurgical industry.Boiler energy saving and safety are of great significance.
