摘要
本文介绍了清扫车配套风机总体技术状况,针对新研发的S流道的7.8C低噪风机进行流场分析,通过实验数据对计算结果进行验证。研究表明,CFD计算结果和实验结果较为吻合。在此基础上,采用倾斜蜗舌技术进一步降低风机噪声,优化和风机效率提高了3.2%,比A声噪声降低了4.2dB.
The general technical situation of sweeper fan was introduced in this paper.Flow field analysis was conducted for a new low noise fan with S style flow channel and it’s result was verified by test data.The research show that calculated results are good agreement with experimental results.The inclined tongue technology is employed to optimize based on previous research,the efficiency of which enhanced 3.2%and specific A sound level reduced 4.2dB.
