摘要
                
                    通过设置不同PEG-6000浓度模拟干旱胁迫的方法,对不同紫云英品种(系)的萌发特性以及抗旱性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)低浓度PEG-6000对紫云英种子的萌发具有促进作用;(2)紫云英种子的发芽率、萌发胁迫指数、萌发抗旱指数、活力指数随着胁迫浓度的增加呈下降趋势;(3)低胁迫浓度促进紫云英胚根的伸长,高胁迫浓度则抑制其伸长;(4)运用模糊数学隶属函数法对紫云英种质材料进行综合评价,发现其抗旱性强弱顺序为升钟>848711>宁波大桥>信阳>弋江籽。
                
                The experiment was conducted to estimate the seed germination characteristics and drought resistance of different Astragalus sinicus L.species by simulating drought stress treatment with different polyethylene glycol(PEG)-6000 solution.The results show that low concentrations of PEG-6000 improved seed germination.Germination rate,germination stress index,germination drought resistance index,vigor index of all species decreased with increase of PEG-6000 concentration.Low concentrations of PEG-6000 improved radical length,while the high concentrations inhibited.The method of fuzzy mathematical membership function was used to evaluate Astragalus sinicus L.species.The order of drought-resistance of different Astragalus sinicus L.species tested was:Sheng zhong>848711>Ning bo da qiang>Xin yang>Yi jiang zi.
