摘要
通过对日本备战2020年东京奥运会相关文献资料的分析,全面阐明2013年9月申奥成功后日本政府的东京奥运会备战措施,为我国备战2020年东京奥运会等国际大赛提供参考。研究结果表明:日本为实现2020年东京奥运会金牌数进入世界前三的目标,在以下几个方面采取了有力的备战措施:在管理方面加强以国家为主导,在财政方面加大经费投入,在人力方面加强后备梯队建设、实施全方位支持,在训练场所方面加强国家体育训练基地建设,在国际体育信息收集方面加强在国际体育组织的任职。为助力我国进一步做好2020年东京奥运会等国际大赛备战工作,提出以下建议:继续坚持以国家为主导的奥运备战;加强对重点项目、重点运动员的全方位精准支持;加强体育训练基地建设,保障运动员发挥最佳水平;构筑科学化跨界跨项选材体系,深挖运动员潜力;注重国际化体育人才培养,提升国际体坛话语权。
Based on the analysis of relevant documents and materials about Japan’s preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,this paper comprehensively expounds the measures taken by the Japanese government to prepare for the Tokyo Olympic Games after the successful bidding in September 2013,and provides reference for China’s preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and other international competitions.The results show that in order to achieve the goal of ranking top three in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics gold medal table,Japan has taken effective preparatory measures in the following aspects:Japan has strengthened the role of the government in preparing for the Olympic Games,increased financial budget in sports year by year,paid attention to the development of the young athletes and an all-round support to the top athletes,strengthened the construction of the national sports center,increased the number of officials in the international sports organizations to collect important sports information.In order to help China further prepare for international competitions such as the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020,the following suggestions are put forward:Learning from Japan’s preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,China should continue to adhere to the state-led preparations for the Olympic Games,strengthen all-round and precise support for key events and athletes,strengthen the building of sports training center to ensure that athletes perform at their best,build a scientific cross-sports talent identification and training system to find athletes’potential ability,pay attention to the training of international sports talents to enhance the discourse power in international sports organizations.
