摘要
通过对法国、西班牙、中国建筑工程质量保险体系的对比,以及对国内部分试点城市工程质量潜在缺陷保险发展现状的对比研究,得到我国工程质量潜在缺陷保险存在保险体系不完善、整体发展不平衡、投保工程类型单一等问题,进而从制度建设、保险模式和信息管理的角度提出发展建议。
By comparing the quality insurance systems of construction projects in France,Spain and China,as well as the development status of inherent defects insurance in some pilot cities in China,this paper concludes that there are some problems in the development of inherent defects insurance in China,such as the imperfect engineering quality insurance system,unbalanced overall development and single type of insured project.Finally,in view of these problems,puts forward some suggestions on developing the inherent defects insurance from the perspectives of system construction,insurance mode and information management.
