摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理对慢性胃炎患者护理质量及治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2018年2—12月收治的慢性胃炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予PDCA循环管理,比较两组患者护理质量及治疗效果。结果观察组患者护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理在慢性胃炎患者护理中的应用,能提高护理质量和治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management on nursing quality and treatment effect of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from February to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the PDCA cycle management was given to the observation group on this basis.The quality of nursing and treatment effect of the patients were compared between the two group.Results The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis could improve the quality of nursing and treatment effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
