高中生情绪智力与学业倦怠的关系——应对效能的中介作用 被引量:2

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Academic Burnout in High School Students——The Mediating Effect of Coping Efficiency

摘要 选用情绪智力、应对效能和青少年学业倦怠问卷对790名高中生进行调查,以探讨高中生情绪智力与学业倦怠间的关系及应对效能在两个变量间的中介作用。结果显示:(1)被试的应对效能、学习疲倦、情绪智力处于中等水平;(2)情绪智力和应对效能均与学业倦怠呈显著负相关,且对学业倦怠均有负向预测作用;(3)应对效能在情绪智力与学业倦怠之间起部分中介作用。结论:情绪智力可以通过应对效能对学业倦怠产生影响。 To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic burnout in high school students and the mediating role of coping efficacy in the two variables,790 high school students were surveyed by Emotional Intelligence,Coping Efficacy and Youth Academic Burnout Questionnaire.The results showed that(1)the coping efficacy,the learning fatigue,and the emotional intelligence of the subjects were at a medium level;(2)the emotional intelligence and the coping efficacy were significantly negatively correlated with the academic burnout,and negatively predictive of the academic burnout;(3)the coping efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between the emotional intelligence and the academic burnout.The conclusion is that emotional intelligence can have an impact on academic burnout through coping efficacy.
