摘要
高校体育产业的发展具备更好的体育场馆资源和为数众多的体育人口以及相对完善的竞赛体系。但是产业链架构不合理,管理机制不清晰,缺乏产业人才,对市场把控不足是影响和制约高校体育产业发展的重要因素。本文运用文献资料和走访调查相结合的研究方法,对乐山师范学院体育产业现阶段发展面临的问题进行梳理与总结,并运用SWOT模式分析现行政策下乐山师范学院体育产业发展的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机遇(Opportunities)、挑战(Threats),以期对乐山师院今后的体育产业化道路提供一定的理论支持与参考。
The recent development of sports industry in colleges and universities has achieved better stadiums and gymnasiums resources,a large number of sports populations and a relatively perfect competition system.However,the old consciousness,the defects of the management system and the deficiency of the operation mechanism,the unreasonable industrial structure and the lack of market operation professionals have become the most important factors restricting the development of the sports industry in colleges and universities.By using the research method of literature and interview investigation,this paper combs and summarizes the problems faced by the development of sports industry in Leshan Normal University at the present stage,using SWOT model to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of sports industry in Leshan Normal University under the current policy,with a hope to provide some theoretical support and reference for the future road of sports industrialization in Leshan Normal University.
