摘要
能源是国家经济发展的命脉所在,一个国家国民经济发展情况与其能源的供应量有直接的联系,在众多能源中电能占据绝对的主导作用。近年来,我国风电行业发展迅速,越来越多的风电机组投入到风力发电运行中,且随着技术水平的不断提升,风机单机容量和总容量呈逐年增大的趋势,相关人员对风电设备的安全性和可靠性也有了更高的要求。但不可避免的是,随着风机设备投入时间的增加,风机系统逐渐进入故障高发阶段,一些故障会直接影响到风机的使用,进而影响到风电场的正常运行,甚至如果发生严重故障还可能危及到相关人员的人身安全。风机齿轮箱是风电机组中最重要的组成部分,经常受到冲击载荷和交变载荷的影响,是风电机组中出现故障情况最多的部件,且一旦风电机组发生故障会给相关部门带来巨大的经济损失甚至威胁到工作人员的生命安全,在此背景下,文章对风力发电机齿轮箱的故障诊断和预警进行了研究,为风力发电机机械设计的完善度提供了一定的借鉴。
Source of energy is the lifeblood of national economic development.The development of a country's national economy is directly related to its energy supply,and electric energy plays an absolutely dominant role in many energy sources.In recent years,with the rapid development of wind power industry in China,more and more wind turbines are put into wind power generation operation,and with the continuous improvement of technical level,the single unit capacity and total capacity of wind turbines are increasing year by year.The relevant personnel also have higher requirements for the safety and reliability of wind power equipment.But inevitably,with the increase of the input time of the fan equipment,the fan system gradually enters the stage of high incidence of faults,some faults will directly affect the use of the fan,and then affect the normal operation of the wind farm.Even if a serious failure occurs,it may endanger the personal safety of the relevant personnel.The turbine gearbox is the most important part of the wind turbine,which is often affected by the impact load and alternating load,and is the component with the most faults in the wind turbine.Since the failure of the wind turbine will bring huge economic losses to the relevant departments and even threaten the life safety of the staff,in this context,the fault diagnosis and early warning of the gear box of wind turbine are studied in this paper,so as to provide a certain reference for the perfection of wind turbine mechanical design.
