摘要 提高和保证克令吊基座系统的焊接质量是船舶建造中的关键问题。对克令吊基座DH36厚板焊接性能进行试验研究,采用陶瓷衬垫焊接新工艺,避免了清根带来的不利影响。着重解决船用高强度厚板焊接根部未焊透及装配间隙难以控制的问题。接头拉伸弯曲试验、冲击试验和硬度试验结果均为合格,这对于高强度钢材厚板焊接具有较好的借鉴作用。 It is a key problem in ship construction to improve and guarantee the welding quality of crane base system.In this paper,the welding performance of DH36 thick plate is studied experimentally.The new technology of ceramic backing is adopted to avoid the adverse effects caused by root cleaning.The problem of incompletely welding defects and controlling assembly clearance has been solved about high strength thick plates for ships.The results such as stretch,bend,impact and hardness tests for welded joints can meet the requirement.It has a good reference for welding high-strengthen steel for marine thick plate.
