摘要
为了更加科学地分析垃圾焚烧厂布袋式除尘系统运行的稳定性问题,本文构建了基于“压力-状态-响应”(PSR)模型的布袋除尘装置稳定运行指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,引入综合指数法分析讨论焚烧厂扩建规模的环境允许上限.计算结果表明,焚烧厂扩建规模的环境允许上限是0.632 727,当综合指标值小于0.632 727时,布袋除尘器运行稳定,并且能够保证处理后的废弃物达到国家规定的排放标准.
In order to analyze the operation stability of bag-type dust removal system in waste incineration plant more scientifically,a stable operation index system of bag-type dust removal device based on pressure-state-response(PSR)model was constructed.The index weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the comprehensive index method was introduced to analyze and discuss the environmental permissible upper limit of the expansion scale of incineration plant.The calculation results show that the environmental permissible upper limit for the expansion of the incinerator is 0.632 727.When the comprehensive index value is less than 0.632 727,the bag filter runs steadily and can ensure that the treated waste meets the national emission standards.
