摘要
为全面研究聚丙烯纤维、玄武岩纤维、木质素纤维对沥青胶浆性能的提升程度,采用纤维吸油量试验、沥青胶浆锥入度试验、板带拉伸试验、动态剪切流变试验,揭示了各种纤维吸收沥青后的抗剪、抗拉、抵抗流变的性能。结果表明:木质素纤维吸油率最大,6mm聚丙烯纤维吸油率最小;从锥入抗剪强度、抗拉强度、复数模量、相位角、车辙因子方面讲,性能排序为:6mm聚丙烯纤维沥青>6mm玄武岩纤维沥青>木质素纤维沥青>未掺纤维沥青。
In order to comprehensively study the improvement degree of polypropylene fibers,basalt fibers and lignin fibers on the performance of asphalt mortar,the oil absorption test of fiber,cone penetration test of asphalt mortar,strip tension test and dynamic shear rheological test are conducted to reveal the shear,tensile and rheological properties of various fibers after absorption of asphalt.The results show that:the oil absorption rate of lignin fiber is the largest and that of 6mm polypropylene fiber is the smallest.From the aspects of cone shear strength,tensile strength,complex modulus,phase angle and rutting factor,the performance ranking is as follows:6mm polypropylene fiber asphalt>6mm basalt fiber asphalt>lignin fiber asphalt>unmixed fiber asphalt.
