摘要
随着航空工业的发展,航煤需求量日益增长,利用成品油管道顺序输送航煤可有效保证机场供油的稳定。为了研究航煤经长距离、大落差成品油管道顺序输送后质量指标的变化情况,在西南某管道开展了航煤顺序输送现场试验,通过对管道沿线各个站场的航煤批次进行采样、化验得到航煤的各项质量指标。基于此总结航煤顺序输送过程中电导率、馏程质量指标以及混油体积的变化规律,并对比了航煤顺序输送过程中现场实际混油量和汽柴混油量计算经验关系式的计算值。结果表明:航煤在西南某管道顺序输送过程中,电导率呈起伏状变化,馏程几乎不变,航煤经西南某管道顺序输送后,电导率及馏程均符合要求,验证了利用成品油管道增输航煤是可行的;此外,汽柴混油量计算经验关系式对航煤-柴油混油量的计算结果与现场实际值的最大误差为31.2%,最小误差为4%,平均误差为17.1%,由此可知汽柴混油量计算经验关系式亦可用于航煤顺序输送过程混油量的估算。该研究成果可为成品油管道航煤顺序输送方案的制定提供参考。
With the development of aviation industry,the demand for aviation kerosene is increasing.Using product oil pipelines to sequentially transport aviation kerosene can effectively ensure the stability of airport fuel supply.In order to study the changes of quality indexes after the sequential transportation of long-distance and large-difference product oil pipeline,the on-site test of aviation kerosene sequential transportation is carried out in a southwestern pipeline.Through the sampling of the aviation kerosene batches at various stations along the pipeline,each quality indicator of aviation kerosene is obtained.Based on this,the variation law of conductivity,distillation range quality index and oil mixing volume during the sequential transportation of aviation kerosene are summarized,and the calculated values of the empirical relationship between actual oil mixing quantity and gasoline-diesel mixing oil quantity in aviation kerosene sequential transportation process are compared.The results show that during the sequential transportation of the southwestern pipeline,the electrical conductivity shows an undulating change,and the distillation range is almost unchanged.After sequentially transported through the southwestern pipeline,the electrical conductivity and distillation range of aviation kerosene meet the requirements,which verifies that it is feasible to use the product oil pipeline to sequentially transport aviation kerosene.In addition,the maximum error between the calculation results and actual values of aviation kerosene-diesel mixing oil amount got by the empirical relationship of gasoline and diesel oil mixing amount is 31.2%,the minimum error is 4%,and the average error is 17.1%.It can be seen that the empirical relationship of gasoline and diesel oil mixing amount can also be used to estimate the amount of oil mixed in the sequential transportation of aviation kerosene.The research results can provide a reference for the formulation of aviation kerosene sequential transportation scheme in product oil pipelines.
