摘要
长毛兔剪毛量评估是毛兔生产和研究的重要工作内容。针对评估方法久未修改的问题,选用皖系长毛兔作为试验动物,对其生长兔第1~5个养毛期和成年兔第1~5个养毛期(全年),总共10次剪毛量和剪毛后体重进行全期测定和分析。结果发现:生长兔第1~5个养毛期剪毛后体重和剪毛量逐渐显著升高(P<0.05),第5个养毛期剪毛后体重(4 226.9 g)和剪毛量(330.1 g)分别与成年兔平均体重(4 229.6 g)及平均单次剪毛量(324.5 g)相近(P>0.05);成年兔剪毛后体重以第3次最高,显著高于第1、第2和第5个养毛期剪毛后体重(P<0.05),也高于第4个养毛期剪毛后体重(P>0.05),成年兔5个养毛期剪毛后体重随养毛期呈近似“∧”型变化。成年兔剪毛量第1个养毛期剪毛量最高(P<0.05),第3个养毛期剪毛量最小(P<0.05),5个养毛期剪毛量随养毛期呈近似“∨”型变化。生长兔第1~3个养毛期剪毛量与剪毛后体重呈中高度正相关(P<0.05),第4次和第5次剪毛量及成年兔5次剪毛后体重与剪毛量均相关较弱;生长兔5次剪毛后体重与成年兔年剪毛量和全期剪毛量只有弱相关关系,而生长兔5次剪毛量与成年兔年剪毛量和全期剪毛量均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。生长兔第4次和第5次剪毛量与成年兔年剪毛量呈中度正相关(r=0.473和r=0.525,P<0.01),换算系数分别为1.14和0.99;第2次至第5次剪毛量与全期剪毛总量呈中度正相关(r均大于0.500,P<0.01),换算系数分别为1.18、1.05、0.99和0.85。该研究为成年剪毛量的早期评估和选种提供了科学参考。
Estimation of wool yeild is an important work for production and research in Angora rabbits.In the present study,Wan Strain Angona rabbits were selected as experimental animals to solve the problem that the evaluation method has not been modified for a long time.Wool yeild and body weight after being shaved were determined and analyzed for first to fifth collections in growing and adult Wan Strain Angona rabbits,respectively.The results showed that the wool yield and body weight of growing rabbits gradually and significantly increased from the first to the fifth collection(P<0.05).There were no significant differences for body weight(4 226.9 g vs 4 229.6 g,P>0.05)and wool yield(330.1 g vs 324.5 g,P>0.05)between the fifth collection of growing rabbits and average single wool yield of adult rabbits.For adult rabbits,the body weight at the third collection was higher than those at the first(P<0.05),second(P<0.05),forth(P>0.05)and the fifth collection P<0.05),and the body weight after being shaved showed a“∧”trend during the five collections.In addition,the first wool yield of adult rabbits was higher than the third(P<0.05),which showed a“∨”trend during the five collections.The former three collections in growing rabbits showed medium and high positive Pearson correlations(P<0.05)between wool yield and body weight,while there were low correlations between wool yield and body weight for not only the latter two collections in growing rabbits but also the whole collections in adult rabbits.Five wool yields in all collections for growing rabbits had significant positive correlations(P<0.05)with both actual annual output of adult wool(AOAW)and total fleece weight in lifetime(TFWL,1st harvest in growing stage to 5th harvest in adult stage),but only weak pearson correlations existed between five body weights for growing rabbits with AOAW and TFWL.Moderate positive correlations(r=0.473 and r=0.525,P<0.01)were found between the fourth and fifth wool yields in growing rabbits and AOAW in adult rabbits,and the conversion coefficients were 1.14 and 0.99,respectively.The conversion coefficient of the latter four collections of wool in growing rabbits and AOAWwere 1.18,1.05,0.99 and 0.85,respectively,which showed moderate positive correlations(r>0.500,P<0.01).This study provided scientific references for early estimation and selection of adult fleece weight in Angora rabbits.
