摘要
                
                    针对毛纺下脚料精梳落毛采用传统环锭纺成纱难的问题,采用RFRS30转杯纺纱机进行精梳落毛转杯纱纱,经过多次试纺,最终确定纺纱工艺参数为:引纱速度54m/min,喂纱速度123cm/min,转杯速度44500r/min,左右分梳辊速度5000r/min,牵伸倍数43.90。为提高精梳落毛转杯纱质量,对转杯纺纱元件进行了优化,采用多目标模糊决策和聚类分析方法优选纺纱元件,得出最优纺纱元件组合为OK40分梳辊和4槽假捻盘。
                
                In order to make full use of combing noil from wool spinning waste and develop the yarn of combing noil,the rotor yarn of combing noil was produced by rotor spinning machine RFRS30.After many spinning experiments,the spinning process parameters were determined as follows:yarn drawing speed was 54 m/min,yarn feeding speed was 123 cm/min,rotor speed was 44 500 r/min,opening roller speed was 5 000 r/min and drafting multiple was 43.90.To improve the quality of the rotor yarn combing noil,the rotor spinning elements were optimized.The optimum spinning elements were selected by multi-objective fuzzy decision-making and clustering analysis method.The optimum spinning elements were:OK40 opening roller and 4-slot navel.
