摘要
针对传统叶素动量理论无法用于优化锥角β的问题,提出了β-BEM修正模型.该修正模型可以成功计算带锥角风力机气动特性,并应用BEM及β-BEM模型对NACA0012翼型的1.5 MW风力机攻角α及锥角β进行独立优化及统一优化.仿真结果表明:对α、β进行独立优化,风能利用系数值理论上比优化前提升9.3%;对α、β进行统一优化,该值理论上提升9.4%;α、β具有弱相关性,理论上宜采用统一优化方案,但从工程方便角度考虑,亦可采用独立优化方案.
Aiming at the problem that traditional blade element momentum(BEM)theory can not be used to optimize the cone angleβ,a correction model forβ-BEM was proposed.The aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine with the cone angle could be successfully calculated with the proposed correction model.For a 1.5 MW wind turbine with the NACA0012 airfoil,the attack angleαand the cone angleβwere optimized by both independent and unified optimization methods,with the BEM and theβ-BEM moedels,respectively.The simulated results show that the wind power coefficient gets theoretically improved by 9.3%,compared with that before optimization,whenαandβare independently optimized;it is improved by 9.4%whenαandβare unifiedly optimized.There is a weak relevance betweenαandβ.The unified optimization scheme should be adopted in theory,but the independent optimization scheme can also be adopted from the perspective of engineering convenience.
