改性榴莲壳对结晶紫的吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以改性榴莲壳作为吸附剂,采用静态吸附法处理结晶紫模拟废水溶液。结果表明,提高改性榴莲壳投加量、振荡速率、pH以及延长吸附时间有利于对结晶紫的吸附,而温度的变化对结晶紫的吸附影响不明显。当改性榴莲壳投加量为0.5g,结晶紫初始质量浓度为20mg/L,吸附时间为60min,振荡速率为140r/min时,改性榴莲壳对结晶紫的去除率可达99.78%。吸附动力学过程可用准二级动力学模型描述,等温吸附过程可由Freundlich吸附等温模型描述。改性榴莲壳与结晶紫之间发生多层吸附,最大吸附量为298.51mg/g,吸附过程是以物理吸附占主导的自发、放热过程。改性榴莲壳在印染废水中有较好的应用前景。 The crystal violet simulated wastewater solution was treated with modified durian shell as adsorbent using static adsorption method.The results showed that the increase of the dosage of modified durian shell,the removal rate,the adsorption time and pH were beneficial to the adsorption of crystal violet.The temperature had no significant effect.The optimum conditions were as follows:the dosage was 0.5g,the initial concentration was 20mg/L,the adsorption time was 60min,the oscillation rate was 140r/min.The removal rate under above condition was 99.78%.The adsorption process was determined as an endothermic process based on the pseudo second-order kinetics equation and the Freundlich isotherm equation.The maximum multilayer adsorption capacity between them was 298.51mg/g.Thermodynamics showed that the experiment could be carried out spontaneously,mainly by physical adsorption.Modified durian shell had a good application prospect on dye wastewater treatment.
