摘要
针对加工装配式供应链相关需求物料的协同补货问题,考虑由多供应商、Supply-hub和单制造商构成的三级供应链,从多供应商横向协同角度,引入滞存成本因素,构建了需求不确定下基于Supply-hub的多供应商协同补货的运作成本模型,求解得到了多供应商协同补货最优配送批量、补货点及供应链整体运作成本的解析解,结合算例分析了协同补货服务水平和需求不确定性对供应链整体运作成本的影响。结果表明:多供应商可提高协同补货服务水平,供应链整体运作成本仍有下降空间;需求不确定性对供应链整体运作成本有比较显著的正向影响,通过Supply-hub的集成协调,能够在一定程度上弱化这种影响。
Aiming at the problem of collaborative replenishment of dependent materials demand for assembling supply chain,considering a three-stage supply chain composed of multi-supplier,supply-hub and single manufacturer,and from the perspective of multi-supplier horizontal collaboration,a key factor that is the supplier′s additional stagnant cost was introduced to this decision problem,then a collaborative replenishment cost model of multi-supplier based on supply-hub with uncertain demand was established,and the analytical solutions of optimal distribution lot-size and replenishment point of multi-supplier as well as the supply chain total cost could be obtained.The effect of replenishment service level and demand uncertainty on the operation cost of supply chain was analyzed with a numerical study.The results showed that the overall operation cost of supply chain has further space to decline with the increase of multi-suppliers′cooperative replenishment level.However,the demand uncertainty has a significant positive impact on the operation cost of supply chain,and which can be weakened to a certain extent by integration and coordination of the supply-hub.
