高温部件的复合高周疲劳研究进展

摘要 随着技术进步和能源发展需求,各高温部件(高温燃气轮机转子、高温发动机部件等)在工作时需频繁启停,增加了高周疲劳载荷的服役时间,加剧了高温部件的蠕变疲劳损伤。文中综述了高周疲劳载荷对高温材料疲劳寿命的影响,并分析了材料复合疲劳寿命的影响因素,为高温部件的设计优化、安全监测及寿命预测等提供一定参考价值。 With the advancement of technology and the requirement of energy development,high-temperature components(high-temperature gas turbine rotors,high-temperature engine components,etc.)need to start and stop frequently during operation,which increased the service time of high-cycle fatigue loads and aggravated the creep fatigue damage. In this paper,the influence of high cycle fatigue load on the fatigue life of high temperature materials have been summarized,and the influencing factors of composite fatigue life have been analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the design,predicting the life of fatigue creep and monitoring of the high-temperature components.
