摘要
通过对某燃气公司全自动焊机(包括全自动热熔焊机、全自动电熔焊机)产品质量与性能、相关人员素质与操作规范性、焊接记录完整性、破坏性试验及抽样方案的调研,分析提高PE燃气管道焊接质量的途径。
The product quality and performance of fully automatic welding machine of a gas company(including fully automatic hot-melt welding machine and fully automatic electrofusion welding machine),related personnel quality and operational standardization,welding record integrity,destructive testing and sampling scheme are investigated.The ways to improve the welding quality of PE gas pipeline are analyzed.
