摘要
目的:探讨术前眼位训练和放松训练对翼状胬肉患者手术治疗的影响。方法:选择2018年10月—2018年12月收治的60例翼状胬肉患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组患者均采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗。对照组患者在术前进行眼位训练,观察组患者在术前进行眼位训练和放松训练,比较两组患者手术时间、术中血压、手术并发症及术后随访6个月期间的疾病复发情况。结果:两组患者手术成功率均为100.00%。观察组患者手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中血压、手术并发症发生率及术后随访6个月期间的疾病复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:接受翼状胬肉切除术治疗的患者术前进行眼位训练和放松训练,有利于进一步提高手术治疗安全性,降低疾病术后远期复发率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative eye position training and relaxation training on the surgical treatment of pterygium patients.Methods:Sixty patients with pterygium admitted from October 2018 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.Randomized digital table method was randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,both groups were treated with pterygium resection.Patients in the control group underwent eye position training before surgery.Patients in the observation group underwent eye position training and relaxation training before surgery.The treatment outcomes,operative time,intraoperative blood pressure,surgical complications,and disease recurrence during the 6-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of operation was 100.00%in both the observation group and the control group.The duration of surgery was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood pressure,the incidence of surgical complications and the recurrence rate of disease during the 6-month postoperative follow-up were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye position training and relaxation training before pterygium excision are beneficial to further improve the safety of surgical treatment and reduce the long-term recurrence rate after surgery.
