摘要
文章总结了我国不动产登记制度实施存在的问题,就如何进一步完善不动产登记制度发表了看法,希望为进一步完善不动产管理制度,切实保障广大不动产权利人以及利害关系人的权利提供参考。
This paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the real estate registration system in China,and gives some opinions on how to further improve the real estate registration system,hoping to provide a reference for further improving the real estate management system and effectively safeguarding the rights of the majority of real estate owners and stakeholders.
