摘要
[目的]研究性信息素不同剂量、载体、种类与诱捕器类型引诱烟草甲的效果,为应用性信息素进行烟草甲监测与防治提供技术支撑。[方法]在福建南平烟草仓库通过信息素不同剂量、不同载体、不同诱捕器和不同诱芯来源比较烟草甲的诱捕效果。[结果]当信息素诱芯剂量浓度为2mg时,诱虫效果最好;诱芯载体A效果最好,与载体F差异显著,与载体E差异不显著,但载体E的持效性最好;G1和G3两类诱捕器效果最好,与G2差异显著,G1更适合推广应用;4种不同信息素诱芯来源比较,以A和B两类诱芯效果最好,与诱芯C和D差异显著。[结论]性信息素不同剂量、载体、诱捕器类型和诱芯来源均能不同程度地影响烟草甲诱捕效果。
[Objective]To study different dosages of sex pheromone,kinds,carries and trap types on capture of Lasioderma serricorne,in order to provide a useful trapping system of synthetic sex pheromone to better monitor and control Lasioderma serricorne.[Method]The effects of dosages of sex pheromone,release formulations carrier,trap types and sex lures on capture of Lasioderma serricorne were studied in obacco warehouse in Nanping City,Fujian Province.[Result]Lure was best when aited with 2.0 mg.The sex lure A had best efficiency compared to the sex lure F,was not significant efficiency compared to the sex lure E.The trap type G1 and trap type G3 possessed its significant efficiency compared to the trap type G2.The trap type G1 was better to promote and use compared to the trap type G2.The sex lure A and sex lure B possessed its significant efficiency compared to the sex lure C and sex lure D among four different sex lures,the duration of sex lure A was best.[Conclusion]The trapping effect of L.serricorne was affected by dosages of sex pheromone,release formulations carrier,trap types and sex lures.
