摘要
如何认识小农户经营的现实性并推进其现代化,既是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的重要课题,又是乡村振兴战略的重点难点。新时代我国粮食安全问题的解决需要依据社会发展实际,充分认识小农户经营存在的客观现实。小农户的经营结构特点,使粮食生产成为其与现代农业链接的首选“纽带”。以小农户家庭经营为基础,发展集约化家庭经营和产业化适度规模经营相结合的粮食产业发展道路,不仅是提高粮食产量和丰富食品供给的现实要求,也是对我国粮食安全问题中小农户经营不足形成有效补充的内在需求。
How to recognize the reality of small farmers’management and promote its modernization,it is not only an important task of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also a key and difficult point of the rural revitalization strategy.The solution of China’s food security problem in the new era needs to be based on the reality of social development and fully understand the objective reality of small farmers’management.Characteristics of small farmers'management structure make that the grain production is the first choice to link them with modern agriculture.On the basis of smallholders’family management,the development of the grain industry development path which combines intensive family management with industrialization and moderate scale management is not only the realistic requirement to increase grain output and enrich food supply,but also the internal demand to effectively make up for the deficiency of smallholders’management in China’s food security problem.
