摘要
开展了膨胀剂对碱-激发矿渣砂浆的减缩特性研究,分析了不同硫铝酸盐类膨胀剂掺量对碱-激发矿渣砂浆自收缩、干缩和抗压强度的影响,使用压汞仪研究了掺膨胀剂碱-激发矿渣砂浆的孔结构特征。结果表明,硫铝酸盐类膨胀剂对碱-激发矿渣砂浆自收缩和干缩具有一定的抑制作用,可降低收缩的增长速率,3%掺量下可分别减小自收缩35.4%和干缩29%。膨胀剂对碱-激发矿渣砂浆早期强度影响明显,但随龄期发展,其影响作用减弱,28 d时,膨胀剂组与对照组抗压强度相近。膨胀剂可增大碱-激发矿渣砂浆大于20μm的孔体积,有利于减小孔径小于20μm的孔体积,形成更为密实结构。
Shrinkage reducing features of expansive agent for alkali-activated slag mortars(AASM)had been investigated.Different dosages of sulphoaluminates-type expansive agent(SEA)were used,and the influence of SEA on the autogenous shrinkage,drying shrinkage,compressive strength and pore structure of AASM were examined.Results of this study suggest that both of the autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of AASM can be reduced by the addition of SEA.The addition of 3%expansive agent contributed to the reduction of 35.4%autogenous shrinkage and 29%drying shrinkage.Besides to that,the compressive strength of AASM is affected obviously in early ages.Nevertheless,AASM incorporated with SEA gained comparable compressive strength to that of the control group at 28 d.In addition,denser microstructures of AASM are formed within SEA containing groups as evidenced by the reduced pore volumes less than 20μm.On the contrary,pore volumes larger than 20μm of SEA incorporated AASM are increased.
