摘要
为提升汽车发动机活塞的设计效率,利用C#编程语言在Visual Studio 2010环境下对Solidworks进行二次开发,开发了一种发动机活塞参数化设计系统,并结合SQL Server 2008数据库设计了活塞的结构尺寸参数库。文章首先结合SolidWorks API的特点,阐述了二次开发与参数化设计方法的选择依据,然后从尺寸约束的角度阐述了活塞参数化设计依据,最后对参数化设计系统的关键功能性代码进行了描述。
In order to improve the design efficiency of the automobile engine piston,the C#programming language was used to develop a parametric design system for the engine piston based on Secondary Development of Solidworks in Visual Studio 2010.Combined with the SQL Server 2008 database,the parameter library of the piston is designed.This paper firstly combines the SolidWorks API to illustrate the selection basis of secondary development and parametric design methods.Then,the parametric design basis of the piston is expounded from the perspective of dimensional constraints.Finally,the key codes of the system are described.
