电厂电连接器接触性能退化控制适应性分析

摘要 针对传统电连接器接触性能退化控制方法下控制有效率较低的问题,提出研究电厂电连接器接触性能退化控制适应性方法。该方法为构建一种稳定装置,通过该装置对电连接器的运行状态进行控制。因此通过抗混滤皮器采集电流信号并采用分算法进行信号处理,根据定量分析法提取接触电阻变化特征,利用扩散系数进行控制适应性分析。结果表明:与传统控制方法相比,本方法应用下,电连接器退化率有所降低。由此可知,提出方法性能更有效。 Aiming at the low control efficiency under the traditional contact degradation control method for electric connectors,a new adaptive control method for contact degradation of electric connectors in power plants is proposed.The method is to construct a stabilizing device through which the running state of the electrical connector is controlled.Therefore,the current signal is collected by the anti-mixing filter and the signal processing algorithm is adopted.According to the quantitative analysis method,the contact resistance change characteristics are extracted,and the control adaptability analysis is carried out by using the diffusion coefficient.The results show that the degradation rate of electrical connectors is reduced under the application of this method compared with the traditional control method.It can be seen that the method performance is more effective.
