摘要 本文主要研究分析了晋城矿区穿采空区煤层气钻井技术难点及对策。通过分析可知,采用空气潜孔锤钻井工艺施工煤层气穿采空区井,可有效解决因晋城矿区#3煤层采空后顶板垮落造成裂隙较大、井漏及井涌等难题;利用气体压力变化,可清除井内岩屑,防止坍塌掉块造成卡钻、埋钻事故;钻进时,通过调整注水量,实现岩屑、水、气自然分离,可有效防止采空区煤自燃,消除井口返渣扬尘,提高钻井效率,降低生产成本,实现下部15#煤层煤层气抽采。 This paper mainly studied and analyses the technical difficulties and countermeasures of CBM drilling through goaf in Jincheng mining area.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the application of air DTH hammer drilling technology in the construction of coal bed methane through goaf wells can effectively solve the problems of large fissures,well leakage and well gushing caused by roof collapse after goaf mining in Jincheng mining area.By ad?justing the water injection rate,the natural separation of cuttings,water and gas can effectively prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,eliminate dust and slag return at wellhead,improve drilling efficiency,reduce production costs,and realize the extraction of coalbed methane from lower 15#coal seam.
