摘要
与再生骨料生产公司合作,按照50%再生骨料掺入量配制PVA纤维再生混凝土,从骨料级配、水灰比及用水量探究其配合比,制备标准试块测试其材料强度可达C40。对掺入不同长度以及掺入量的PVA纤维再生混凝土进行抗冻性能试验,结果表明,PVA纤维的加入可以适当提高再生混凝土的抗冻性能,能够有效降低抗冻性能下降率,以6 mm长、掺量为2%的PVA纤维效果为最佳。
This paper studies the mix design and frost resistance of PVA fiber recycled concrete.PVA fiber recycled concrete is prepared with 50%recycled aggregate content and the mix proportion is explored from aggregate gradation,water cement ratio and water consumption.Standard test blocks are prepared to test the strength and the frost resistance of PVA fiber recycled concrete with different lengths and dosages is tested.The results show that the addition of PVA fiber can properly improve the frost resistance,and effectively reduce the decline rate of frost resistance.The effect of PVA fiber with 6 mm length and 2%content is the best.
