摘要
我国电子商务企业与快递物流企业发展息息相关。基于有限理性的前提假设,构建电子商务企业与快递物流企业互动关系动态演化博弈模型,探讨影响二者联动的具象因素。实证结果表明,电子商务企业与快递物流企业协同发展是一个基于博弈双方利益、信任成本以及策略变动的演化过程。通过降低合作成本、增加合作的额外收益、建立公平的利益机制、提高相应的违约惩罚与赔偿力度以及降低违约方的失信行为对合作方造成的损害都将有利于二者长期合作关系的建立,最后从均衡利益分配、构建合作信任机制、建立信息共享平台以及基础设施建设等方面提出有利于电子商务企业与快递物流企业联动发展的政策建议。
China’s e-commerce enterprises are closely related to the development of express logistics enterprises. Based on the presupposition of finite rationality, the dynamic evolutionary game model of the interactive relationship between e-commerce enterprises and express logistics enterprises is constructed, and the concrete factors affecting the linkage between them are discussed.The empirical results show that the collaborative development of e-commerce enterprises and express logistics enterprises is an evolutionary process based on the interests of both sides of the game, trust costs and strategic changes. By reducing cooperation cost, increasing extra return of cooperation, establishing a fair benefit mechanism, improving the relevant punishment and compensation of default and reducing the damage caused by the discreditable party to the collaborated party, the long-term cooperative relations can be established. Finally, putting forward advice on policies beneficial to the joint development of e-commerce and express logistics enterprises from the the aspects of balanced distribution of interests, building cooperation trust mechanism, establishing the information and so on.
