摘要
新时代要求培养德智体美劳全面发展的学生,师生关系对学生性格形成有重大影响。积极心理学以帮助人主动追求良好生活状态为目的,在积极心理学的指导下,我们主张构建阳光型师生关系。阳光师生关系要求在师生相处的过程中,教师用爱心和关怀给学生温暖,用耐心和真诚塑造学生友善、活泼、坚毅的阳光性格,用环境建设和自身示范帮助学生成长。在小学阶段这一关键时期,阳光师生关系的构建对塑造学生的人格品质、落实素质教育、帮助学生适应新时代要求具有重大意义。
The new era requires the cultivation of students with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.The relationship between teachers and students has a major impact on the formation of students'personality.Positive psychology aims to help people actively pursue a good life.Under the guidance of positive psychology,we advocate the construction of a sunshine teacher-student relationship.Sunshine teacher-student relationship requires that teachers should show loving care for students,shape students'positive characters of friendliness,liveliness and perseverance with patience and sincerity,and help students'growth by constructing environment and setting examples.In the critical period of primary school,the construction of sunshine teacher-student relationship is of great significance for shaping students'personality,implementing quality education,and helping students adapt to the requirements of the new era.
