摘要
在化工生产过程中,生产流程的复杂化和生产工作的专业化程度都非常高。在化工生产过程中应用自动化控制系统,除了提高化工生产过程本身运行和推进的稳定性外,对于化工生产的精确性和质量保障也能够发挥一定的作用。但电气自动化控制系统与化工生产企业的融合应用,一方面应当遵循电气自动化系统本身的特点和应用方法,另一方面,也应当结合化工生产过程中的应用实际要求,以提高其实际应用效果。将两者融合应用中的各项问题统一进行研究和讨论,寻求优化融合应用效果的科学方法。
In the process of chemical production,the complexity of its production process and the degree of specialization of production work are very high.The application of the automatic control system in the process of chemical production,in addition to improving the stability of the operation and advancement of the chemical production process itself,can also play a certain role in the accuracy and quality assurance of chemical production.However,the integration of electrical automation control systems and chemical production enterprises should follow the characteristics and application methods of electrical automation systems.On the other hand,it should also be combined with the practical requirements of chemical production processes to improve its practical application.The research and discussion of the problems in the application of the two are unified,and seek scientific methods to optimize the effects of the fusion application.
