摘要
介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司加氢裂化装置加热炉改造情况,由原来的4台加热炉各自供风改成共用1台引风机、1台鼓风机,同时将火嘴更换成新型低氮燃烧器。改造后加热炉烟气温度下降明显,燃料气消耗有所降低,加热炉热效率提高4.17%,可创效84.22万元/a,烟气排放全部达到环保要求,装置节能创效并实现环保达标排放。
The reformation of heating furnace of hydrocracking unit in Jilin Petrochemical Company is introduced.The original four heating furnaces are changed to share one induced draft fan and one blower,at the same time,the burner is replaced by a new type of low nitrogen burner.The flue gas temperature of reheating furnace decreases obviously after modification,fuel gas consumption has been reduced,the heating furnace thermal efficiency is increased by 4.17%,and 842 200 yuan can be saved in the whole year.All flue gas emissions meet the requirements of environmental protection.The reformation achieves the energy saving,profit making and environmental protection and standard emissions.
