摘要
目的分析在院前急救救护车管理中采用规范化管理的实践效果。方法研究2017年1月—2018年1月对该院院前急救部采用规范化管理,对救护车、急救人员、急救仪器设备、急救药品等进行规范化的管理模式,院前急救流程均参照本院急救初诊工作流程与质量考核体系。结果在实施规范化管理后,本院救护车药品、仪器、设备等保存为完好率达到了100.0%,患者对院前急救工作的满意度达到95.0%,院前急救质量评分最低为(92.1±3.2)分。结论在院前急救救护车管理中采用规范化管理,能对院前急救工作质量进行改善,并且能够有效保证出诊安全性,还能进一步提高患者的急救满意度。
Objective Analyzes the practical effects of standardized management in the management of pre-hospital emergency ambulances.Methods In this study, the study period was from January 2017 to January 2018. Standardized management was applied to the pre-hospital department of the hospital to standardize the management of ambulances, emergency personnel, first-aid equipment, and emergency medicines. Pre-hospital first-aid procedures were based on the hospital's first-time work process and quality assessment system of first-aid. Results After the implementation of standardized management, the integrity rate of hospital's ambulance drugs, instruments, equipment, etc. was 100.0%,the patient's satisfaction with pre-hospital emergency work reached 95.0%, and the lowest score of pre-hospital first-aid quality was(92.1±3.2)points. Conclusion Standardized management in the management of pre-hospital emergency ambulances can improve the quality of pre-hospital emergency work, effectively ensure the safety of outpatient visits, and further improve the patient's first-aid satisfaction.
