临床实习阶段基于合作学习的中医学教学效果的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在临床实习阶段应用合作学习的方法进行中医教学的效果。方法选取2016年9月—2017年6月在中国医大一院教学实习的临床医学专业七年制本硕连读生共98人作为研究对象。将其随机分为2组,合作学习方法组和对照组。观察中医临床教学实习阶段应用合作学习组及对照组(应用常规教学)前后中医学临床实习成绩及中医学期末考试的成绩;并且于合作学习方法实行1年后,对合作学习组的学生进行教学模式问卷调查。结果2组学生的年龄、性别、高考成绩、开展合作学习模式前(2016年7月)的临床医学期末考试成绩对比,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。实行合作学习后合作学习组学生的中医学期末考试的成绩、中医学临床实习的成绩(即优秀率)均高于对照组[(88.0±16.5)分>(78.2±19.1)分;26(51.0%)>16(34.0%)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对合作学习组学生进行问卷调查,大多数同学认为中医学课程应用合作学习教学效果优于既往常规的中医学教学模式,并且对课程的设计给予了肯定。结论合作学习的教学模式适合临床实习阶段的中医学教学,该教学方法可以提高西医院校学生对中医的理解程度及学业成绩,一定程度激发西医学生学习中医的热情,并且提高学生的自信心。 Objective To explore the effect of cooperative learning in TCM teaching during clinical practice. Methods Ninety-eight students majored in seven-year clinical medicine practiced in the first hospital of China Medical University from September 2016 to June 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, cooperative learning method group and control group in order to observe the difference in scores of clinical practice and final examination of TCM after the application of cooperative learning group and application of routine teaching in clinical practice of TCM. The questionnaire survey on teaching mode of students in cooperative learning group was conducted. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, gender, college entrance examination scores and final examination scores of clinical medicine before the cooperative learning model (July 2016) (P>0.05). After the implementation of cooperative learning, the scores of final examination and clinical practice of TCM in the cooperative learning group were higher than those in the control group [(88.0 ±16.5) vs. (78.2 ±19.1);26 (51.0%) vs. 16 (34.0%) ], and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in the cooperative learning group, and most of the students thought that the teaching effect of cooperative learning in TCM practice course was better than the traditional teaching mode of TCM. Conclusion The cooperative learning teaching mode was suitable for TCM teaching in clinical practice stage. This teaching method can improve the students' understandings of TCM, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning TCM, and improve their self-confidence.
